Finally, it was Feskei Day and

The benefits of Sports day :
One.. to inspire and help young people get active and participate in Sports days
two... give a positive impact on young people in areas such as attendance and behaviour
three.. an important factor in reducing the risk of many physical problems
And lastly...to raise the self esteem of young peole and give them confindence
Our Feskei Days are designed to be
fun, exciting, challenging and relaxing
For all of these reasons, it is always a great decision to get involved in the sports arena.
